Warren Miller Entertainment welcomes applicants for the Group Tickets Sales Team (GT). The Group Tickets office works as a member of the Warren Miller Film Tour team, with the direct sales of group tickets and the coordination, printing and distribution of all ticket sales associated with the National Film Tour. What your key responsibilities will be

  • Handling inbound sales calls from members of the public
  • Making outbound ‘cold’ calls to reengage previous year’s patrons and corporate clients
  • Provide professional customer service to patrons, clients & WME/AIM staff.
  • Implement all policies and procedures, sales, printing and distribution of group orders/group sales.
  • Assist with the maintenance and reporting of Sales to individual box offices in addition to the distribution of tickets and pertinent lists to Road Crews.
  • Maintaining all facets of events in the Cougar Mountain Tickets system.
  • Communicating with Retail partners effectively and processing, shipping and tracking tickets and ticket sales.
  • Provide daily sales recaps.
  • Assist with ticket printing for sponsors and media partners.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

LEAD GENERATION MARKETING DIRECTOR

Job Summary
Active Interest Media is seeking a dynamic, data-savvy digital leader to drive the development of a national lead generation program for its Home Group, initially focusing on three brands serving the luxury shelter market: Log Home Living, Timber Home Living, and Country’s Best Cabin. Your primary responsibility will be the creation and day-to-day management of the digital business ecosystem in which we increase the quantity and quality of the log-home prospects we deliver to industry partners.  

As with many start-up projects, you will have the opportunity to shape products and processes to suit current best practices and market demands—and to shape the culture of a small new department with a full-time content manager and a variety of internal and external category experts. But since AIM is an established publisher, you will also have access to resources most start-ups lack, like deep editorial and sales knowledge, internal development capacities, purpose-built websites, a robust content archive, and new CRM platform with powerful email and automation tools.  

This position is primarily a revenue-driving management position—with a healthy dose of hands-on responsibilities.   • Work with Home Group leadership to define (and constantly refine) our lead gen business strategy, pricing model, and dashboard.
  • Support the Home Group’s sales team in educating clients, making presentation, writing proposals, and providing best-in-class customer service to advertising partners.
  • Closely project-manage client campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and customer satisfaction. Track and tweak them as necessary, working with Content Solutions Manager to share tasks that include: writing and producing emails; analyzing and reporting metrics; writing/editing promotional material; monitoring social media campaigns; purchasing lists; buying keywords; calling clients; and more.
  • Administer the department’s key tools and platforms, from CRM and eCommerce to email platform to webinar tools, etc.
  • Constantly work to optimize the performance of marketing andcontent efforts to achieve external goals (prospects) and internal benchmarks (ROI, CPL).

Responsibilities

Description
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to grow our digital business across multiple channels. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge about digital sales, social media, and emerging media to lend strategic expertise to our sales reps and marketing programs. In addition, they will work across a variety of media platforms: creating, designing, and delivering integrated programs to support the expansion and growth of services and products for Active Interest Media’s Outdoor Group, representing the SKI, Skiing, Backpacker, Climbing, National Park Trips, Snews, Warren Miller Entertainment, and NASTAR brands. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Outdoor Group Marketing Director.

Duties Include

  • Deep understanding of digital media from both the sales and marketer perspectives, with ability to clearly communicate the benefits of digital elements as they relate to an overall advertising/marketing program
  • Create cross-platform media plans and proposals that generate revenue for the group and meet client objectives, including sharing knowledge with sales reps of reasoning behind a recommendation, optimization, or program development, etc. to increase sales team’s media and marketing knowledge
  • Responsible for helping track digital revenue and coming up with potential solutions and creative ideas to meet our digital revenue goals
