The Warren Miller Film Tour serves as the official kick-off to winter and tours the U.S. from October to December, annually. The Film Tour promotes excellence in entertainment and the snowsports industry by showcasing our annual feature film and providing an exciting and unique atmosphere and an incredible event experience for our attendees, sponsors, clients, and athletes.
Warren Miller Entertainment is looking for an Industry Partnerships Coordinator for the Film Tour Department to secure resort, retail, and endemic industry partnerships for the Warren Miller brand and Film Tour.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build successful, long-term industry relationships, support and execute sponsorship and strategic partnership deliverables and seek new opportunities by working with the Warren Miller Entertainment marketing, operations and film production teams.

Resort, Retail, and Industry Partnerships
• Build relationships and negotiate the terms of resort and retail partnerships on a market-by-market or regional basis for the Warren Miller Film Tour
• Coordinate fulfillment and execution of all deliverables for resort, retail, and assigned endemic industry partners to coordinate and fulfill sponsor obligations
• Deliver, track and execute all deal components – contracts, creative assets, offers, prize integration, onsite activations, ticketing, digital deliverables and more as assigned
• Design and create relevant sponsorship proposals, sponsor handbooks, summary books, cover letters, LOAs, contracts, insertion orders, media plans, and recaps
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Regular monthly reporting on the status of accounts
• Facilitate all comp ticket requests and ticketing inventory for assigned accounts
• Manage promotional prize giveaways for resort, retail and industry partners and distribution to applicable markets
• Coordinate deliverables of WME/Mountain Group industry partnership portfolio that include additional Film Tour deliverables, including: activation, WME coupons, Snoworld, Sweepstakes, brand ad and/or commercial spot inclusion

SnoWorld Magazine
• Collect all applicable ad creative for industry partnerships for Snoworld magazine
• Fulfill database collection and opt-in list delivery to all partners and advertisers
• Support sweepstakes in collecting applicable prize promotional copy, images, approvals and prize fulfillment for partners participating in Warren Miller’s World Tour Sweepstakes

WME Coupons
• Coordinate all resort, retail and industry partnership coupons within wmecoupons.com
• Collect, copyedit, and seek approvals for partner offers
• Work with marketing team and partners to test and troubleshoot couponing issues
• Assist in the design and functionality of the site and coupon offer redemption
• Support the customer service issues for wmecoupons.com and service partners and customers

Additional Tasks & Duties
• Upload sponsor obligations in Tour FileMaker Pro Data System (Guido)
• Collect and maintain contracts for tour department and billing office
• Work with marketing department to execute sponsor ad campaigns and prize distribution for media promotions, digital campaigns and special requests
• Support the creation of integrated packages that included sponsorship, digital, and event benefits for the Warren Miller Film Tour and brand properties
• Assist marketing department in coordinating athlete appearances and associated events involving endemic sponsors
• Work with Operations Manager to assist in the training of the sponsor liaisons and emcees as it pertains to the industry sponsor tour execution
• Provide weekly sponsorship status updates to Road Crew, organizing sponsor kiosks and contact info, track/ship supplies to crews, review Sponsor Liaison reports, organize Tour photos, and communicate sponsor expectations to crew
• Position may require travel as needed to support successful partnership execution and on-site support at key screenings
• Act as a team player and step in to support additional duties as assigned

• 2+ years relevant work experience in sales, marketing, advertising, events or account management
• Proficiency in google docs, Microsoft Office suite (advanced Powerpoint skillset preferred) and file sharing programs
• Passion for and experience in the outdoor, ski, and snowsports industries
• Sharp strategic thinker
• Ability to adapt to and stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Exceptional communication skills working as a team and ability to speak fluently to clients and customers
• Design and copywriting experience a plus
