Boulder, Colo. (June 30, 2017)—Season Two of Active Interest Media’s (AIM, aimmedia.com) television
fishing show, Anglers Journal Television, premiers July 1st. The show, based on the successful
launch of Anglers Journal magazine, airs Saturday mornings at 5:30 AM EST and Sundays at 9:30 AM
EST on the Discovery Channel’s Destination America network, which has a nationwide audience of
approximately 91 million households.

Season Two features exciting footage of the chase and the catch, as well as exotic locales,
colorful characters, and delicious local cuisine that bring viewers into the entire fishing
experience. Locations include Venice, Louisiana; Key West, Florida; Green Turtle Cay in the Abaco
Islands of the Bahamas; Tropic Star Lodge in Panama; and more. The season teaser video can be found
here.

The show is produced in conjunction with Warren Miller Entertainment and AIM Studios, both
subsidiaries of AIM. Anglers Journal Television is hosted and produced by noted fishing authority
John Brownlee, the former host of the “Sport Fishing Television” series, and the former
editor-in-chief of Salt Water Sportsman and Marlin magazines. He is a familiar face to most
saltwater anglers and is recognized as a light- tackle expert who has fished around the country and
around the world for a wide variety of species.

“What a wild ride,” said Brownlee. “We’ve had some challenges along the way, mainly in terms of
uncooperative weather, but we’ve been fortunate to come away with a series of outstanding shows,
which bring up close the drama and joy of saltwater fishing.”
