Catapult Creative Labs Hires Kelly Blake as Vice President of Client Services and Strategy; Meredith Powlison Joins Team as Project Manager

In addition Meredith Powlison has joined as Project Manager. With over 20 years experience, Kelly is a seasoned communications and marketing lead, with success working both the client and agency side. She has deep experience creating tradition and non-traditional media strategies; digital and social marketing; retailer and consumer events, promotion, and reputation management; and branding campaigns for clients large and small. Prior to joining Catapult, Kelly was an Executive Director at Golin, a global IPG communications agency. Among other projects, she led the Clif Bar account, as well as strategy for outdoor/sports and social purpose initiatives for Adidas. Kelly is well known in the outdoor, ski, bike and health and wellness industries, and will be leading Catapult’s campaigns in those areas.

As Project Manager, Meredith will support Catapult’s daily operations with extensive social media, digital engagement, and content experience. Prior to Catapult, Meredith worked in financial services as a social media and PR specialist. She also served as managing editor at Sailing World, digital editor for Yachting, Cruising World and Sailing World, and as events coordinator at PeopleForBikes, a 7-month stint when she lived out of a station wagon, camped over 80 nights, and traveled 27,000 miles.

Catapult’s recent projects cover a wide range of services and subjects including a lavish 108-page brand book for Outer Reef; the #RideAnotherDay video for the National Ski Areas Association as part of a PSA campaign about skier safety; and a total rebuild of CSI Saddlepads’ website, making it mobile-friendly and improving speed and UI scores by almost twofold overnight.
